I have come to this location for the last 3 years and they do a decent low level full service wash business but the issue they always have is doing custom orders. For the second time in 4 months I added trunk vacuum and did not get it. The location isn't always convenient so I went back almost a week later and got attitude "why didn't you come right back" .... Well like last time I didn't know you didnt do it...Eye roll and stamping around. Finally quickly vacuum trunk to 5/10 quality. Guy goes "don't you ever come in here and pull that again " "We will never do that again!!" As I drive off .... Ruins a lot of goodwill just asking them to fix an undelivered service

This morning I was first in line and paid $49 for the Ultimate Service Package. The car was ready in 20 minutes...which surprised me given what was to be done. Upon inspection, once home, I understand why my car was ready so quickly. Vacuuming was done cursory at most - lots of grit left on seats and carpet; tire shine - not done at all; rubber mats - just a hose off; car wash - lots of dirt spots on the exterior so apparently no pre-wash done. What a major disappointment! Save your money. I will not return. (Disclaimer: I always keep my car tidy both in and out; my car was not a pig sty to begin with...). I read the management response to my above review. There was no confusion on my part regarding detail work. The vacuuming was poorly done, the floor mats were not scrubbed, no tire shine was done. The only Ultimate about their service was the "Ultimate rip-off" of the service.

Paid $50 for the full service supposed to be cleaned inside and out. This the service you provide? Lazy is an understatement, this place does not value hard work or take pride in what they do and the work they offer. By far the worst “full service” car wash I have been to. Google needs to start adding negative star reviews! This place should be ashamed of themselves.

The worst car wash I’ve ever had. I paid 40 bucks. When I was driving I noticed the car still had my dogs nose prints all over all the glass. When I stopped I saw that my car wasn’t actually cleaned. ??? Everything was still dirty. I reached out via email asking to be refunded, and was met with silence. No response. Photos attached. They lost a longtime customer today. Skip this place. I absolutely did not need it detailed lol. I needed what I get twice a month for years. This day they didn’t do it. Was sent out in five minutes lol. I requested a refund and got a ridiculous response. I’ll pass it along to everyone I know.

I took my car on 5-15-2022 for a routine car wash. specifically asked them if they knew how to drive a Tesla. This was the biggest mistake I could have made. They scuffed two of my wheels as they were not careful with the car wash mechanism which guides tue car to the washing system. They took zero responsibility for their mistake and the owner said if I took him to court it was his word against mine. Stay away from this place as their service is not worth their prices.
